There's accountability for some and not others. There's a lot of codling of long term associates and little love for the younger fresher faces. Jacksonville is stuck in the past and offers no flexibility in schedule for associates who could be productive in a remote environment. The food in the cafe is horrendous and don't bother expressing your concerns. They will be brushed off. I struggle to stick around for the good, when I feel like nothing more than a number that gets thrown a yearly bonus and otherwise ignored.
