      Great benefits! Great pay! Friendly environment! Lots of extras and perks!

      Cons

      Even though you are given personal time you are not suppose to use it. There is no grace period clocking in. ( not early or late) Not a good place to work if you have kids that ever get sick or if you ever have any medical issues. Don’t get me wrong they give lots of personal and flex time. You just shouldn’t use it!

      Pros

      JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

      Cons

      Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
