Disappointed - Bilingual Lease Marketing Representative JM Family Enterprises Employee Review

Pros

Compensation and benefits. Mobile locations also holds fun days and activities for employees. PTO and paid Holidays.

Cons

Incompetent management, favoritism, if you don't "fit in" you aren't likely to promote. There is more talent on the call floor than among supervisors. Supervisor was overbearing and would try to restrict bathroom time. You are nit-picked. There is a quality control department that randomly selects 10 calls per month to listen to and score. Once quality has scored the call the supervisor goes back and listens to the same calls again to check for more errors. Your final score helps determine your year end bonus....

Pros

JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

Cons

Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
