      Cons

      There are so many different teams, that it can feel as if each team works for a different company since some teams can have either guidelines or freedoms that other teams do not.

      Pros

      JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

      Cons

      Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
