      Pros

      In my five years at JM Family, I have learned so much and been given so many opportunities to grow personally and professionally. The team is inclusive and encouraging, and the executives are very visible and approachable. Plus, our new headquarters in Deerfield Beach is beautiful!

      Cons

      When I first started, it was more of a corporate environment than I was used to, which took some adjusting. But they have begun to ease up on the dress code and PTO policy, which is great.

      Pros

      JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

      Cons

      Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
