Thank you for your feedback. All of our protocols, and how they have evolved over time, have been designed in partnership with medical professionals for the safety of all of our associates. We are continuing to monitor the Covid situation to adjust our protocols as needed and with the most current and accurate information available. We have provided an avenue for our associates to share their vaccine information to help us have the full picture when making future decisions.
We believe strongly in our core values and that taking meaningful steps to protect the health and safety of our associates, such as socially distancing, providing hand sanitizer and requiring masks when appropriate, exemplifies our value of Consideration. Covid has been a challenge for everyone, but by continuing to lean on the core values that have served us well for over 50 years, we will demonstrate to all associates that we truly see them as our most important asset.
Additionally, we firmly believe in treating associates in the best possible way, regardless of their race, gender, religion, disability, sexuality, or other characteristics. We ensure people are comfortable bringing their complete selves to work by encouraging associates to share their unique experiences and perspectives. Research has shown that this improves the morale and results, but beyond that we think being inclusive is just the right thing to do.
