      JM Family is the best organization one could ever imagine. The benefits are generous and associates are always put first. JM Family has gone above and beyond to support associates through the pandemic. I would recommend JM Family as a place to work to everyone.

      Pros

      JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

      Cons

      Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
