      Pros

      Recently hired, unfortunately with the pandemic we cannot train in person. The innovation of the company allows us to properly be trained from the comfort of our homes. The hiring process was flawless and you can tell they really do their research and thoroughness before hiring. The orientation solidified my reasoning to join the team and am excited to start!

      Cons

      No cons besides we cant meet and train on site, not the fault of the company.

      Pros

      JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

      Cons

      Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
