One team that no one can stand to work with is the technology team. And since a big part of my job revolves around technology and it actually working - this causes me great difficulty. It is no secret that the team is full of themselves and moves at their own pace but has essentially no accountability.
I think due to JM flat out ignoring the overall inept aspect of our tech and associated teams, our profits will continue to be absorbed and we will continue to lag in the mobility space.
Additionally, I keep seeing more and more of the unearned arrogance that permeates the tech department starting to seep across the rest of the businesses. It’s kind sad.
