      Pros

      The direct deposit of my pay works well. I think having a bank on site is neato.

      Cons

      While there has been a lot of people movement it is hard to see any positive momentum that is of greater value than the increasing IT spend. I sense the IT department is actually less effective than only 2-3 years - unclear how that is possible.

      Pros

      JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

      Cons

      Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
