      Good weather, great campus, great business

      Cons

      No room for growth, new title but no different way of working. Tends to be disconnected from the actual business and projects take 4x the time they should take due to all the approvals and having to appease the enterprise architects, despite no actual standards Used to better but seems to just get worse, no innovation and limited positivity outside No leadership is allowed except for the VPs and up - discourages any unique thoughts

      Pros

      JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

      Cons

      Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
