      Pros

      JMF has to be one of the most progressive employers in the South Florida region. The extra added perks that they offer make the hard work well worth it.

      Cons

      The culture has evolved somewhat with Mr. Moran's passing, but for the most part they still value the core business values that Mr. Moran had put in place.

      Pros

      JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

      Cons

      Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
