      Pros

      Has the typical good things that most companies have with one difference, campus is much nicer than most organizations. The m&a side of the business is also strong.

      Cons

      Company emphasizes the culture, but it is not my experience. Our little plaques that talk about our values do not seem to be more than idle chit-chat.

      Pros

      JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

      Cons

      Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
