      Health benefits are great and there is a doctor on campus

      Cons

      Core values are only recognized when it's convenient for management. Mobility within the company is solely determined by a detached upper management team, not your aspirations. They'll move you and expect you to succeed and be grateful.

      Pros

      JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

      Cons

      Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
