JM Family use to be an excellent place to work, however current upper management has a policy of no longer promoting from within, preferring outside candidates with the assumption that younger is better. Knowledgeable, qualified and loyal associates are being actively pushed out to force demographic changes that align with woke ideology. The younger associates being hired into management positions are bringing with them habits of back stabbing office politics that helped them advance in other companies. This situation is causing an overall negative cultural shift at JM.
