      Pros

      Compensation is competitive. Great Benefits, family atmosphere, and some really good people from the past. Good Work life balance.

      Cons

      In the last few years "Better, Faster, Cheaper" has changed JM to just another corporate environment. Cliches have formed and when brought to HR attention falls upon deaf ears. If you want a job where you can "Ride it out", this is a good fit for you, unless you are part of a cliche.

      Pros

      JM provides good opportunities for the range of professional corporate occupations available in South Florida.

      Cons

      Too much "get along, go along" culture which may be okay if one is planning to stay with JM through retirement, but is not helpful if one's career progression involves employment with other companies. As a rule, the best places I worked at encouraged creativity, systems thinking, adaptability, integrity, and trust. These values felt lacking during my six-month tenure at JM back in 2014.
