Poor Management and lack of positive culture - Anonymous employee JM Lexus Employee Review

Working at the dealership you will never feel apart of the family. The culture that exists at JM Family is not there. Most managers do not care about associates, especially at the higher levels. You are just a number and they will work you like a dog to hit their numbers and so they can financially benefit. You, however, will not see much of the fruits of your labor because the way management writes the pay plans will make sure of it. Typical slimy auto sales people starting all the way from the top....don't be fooled that you will get the culture that is so touted during your orientation.
