Pros

People were very nice. Some more experienced people were extremely impressive in the depth of their domain knowledge.

Cons

My team was super slow and did not have enough actual development work to go around. Caused skills to atrophy (this is team dependent, if it's legacy app work, you are a maintenance engineer, not a builder). Did not get my own desk at Tampa. Hot seating and not enough seats. People would unplug monitors in an attempt to make it seem like some stations weren't working so they could claim their space. Other peoples' beard hair (I pray it was only beard hair) in the shared keyboards, so bring your own. Roaches in the building. It's probably better in other locations.

Pros

Collaborative team with supportive colleagues, modern technology stack, flexible work environment, and opportunities to work on challenging enterprise applications.

Cons

As a contract employee, long-term career growth and internal advancement opportunities were somewhat limited compared to permanent employees.

Pros

Benefits package is great I enjoy my teammates

Cons

Inconsistent mangers, except a couple. They blow off important meetings, don't respond to issues, it's always "we will circle back to this next week." I've worked under 8 or 9 managers in 7 years. Systems are completely unreliable and constantly going down. The expectations are unreasonable, I have been coached negatively for going above and beyond (crazy because most employers strive to provide the best service for their customers) Depending on department, no room for advancement. I also cross trained in 5 new skills with zero pay increase. It's an okay job if you are just looking for a check, not a career.
