Pros

Compassionate too all ages, friendly, outgoing, careing, I always speak when people are passing my path, going above and beyond, I am dependable, reliable, team worker, an outstanding provider. Providing materials I will need to get the job done without question.

Cons

Sometimes there will be moments we all as a staff will get behind, weather gets bad outside people will be scared to drive, having to deal with disappoints patients will have, considering the loud notices that may accuse in the work place

Co-workers & team great & PTO accrual rate

Cons

Poor management team , very understaffed to say its level 1 trauma center and overworked , no structure/organizations, voiced doesn’t get heard in the therapy department
