Pros
Benefits are great, the overall culture is great, and the patients are very thankful. You get to work with a very disadvantaged and underserved population. The CEO is a very funny, kind, humble, down to earth man and I really enjoyed meeting him and got the impression that he was very sincere in his work.
Cons
I was so incredibly excited to work here for the reasons i stated in the “pros”, and it ended with total disappointment. -management is top heavy. Too many managers/directors/leads and not enough workers -my particular department was a very hostile environment but I can’t speak for other areas -when trying to address concerns, I was shut down and not listened to. -did not receive proper training and was treated as an inconvenience
