Pros
Yearly bonuses and health benefits were really good.
Cons
If you have a bad manager then your experience will be hell. My experience started out really good for the first 3.5 years then another manager (assistant manger under my then manger) came in with a chip on her shoulder and started micromanaging. Literally nitpicking and looking for things to be wrong while my then manager allowed her to do so. The actual manager was one of those hands off in the background type of managers. He didn’t really address and correct issues and problems. In a way it was great but it could also be detrimental to the employees because employees need leaders, not a hands off manager who was there to solely collect a check. The thing about it too, is that, he could’ve been a really good leader. His personality was friendly and approachable, but he was “messy”.
