Didn't love it - Case Manager JPS Health Network Employee Review

Great working environment! Supportive management.

Nothing major - parking when I was there.

The culture of JPS promotes work life balance, getting paid for all time spent working, providing extra support if needed (either through EAP counselors, who are great, or through other avenues like health and fitness or mentorship). JPS is always offering amazing continuing education training and encouraging staff to continue pursuing more credentials. My time at JPS truly was wonderful, and provided me with much experience working with great team members to serve our patients.

Health insurance plan isn’t great, but JPS does offer HSA contributions throughout the year! Parking is kind of a disaster at the main hospital location. Hard to always get a reliable spot. Upper management/finance departments hold the “purse strings” for anything you may need to order, or benefits that support patients, and typically these upper management teams are completely disconnected from the reality of how much financial stress our patients were facing. They would seem to flippantly make decisions regarding finances that had huge, real world impacts on our patients that were devastating at times. Big disconnect between upper management and teams working the front lines.
