Way understaffed for the amount of work. You feel totally unappreciated and beat up by the end of the day. A lot of employee's calling in sick or no call/no show and no consequences for their actions. Not a good moral booster for your very hard working employee's that show up every day and work hard. It could be a great place with the right people. Pay increases are a joke!
