Pros

Patients were pleasant to work with.

Cons

The owner insists on holding nearly every leadership role pharmacist, HR, operations, sales, nursing oversight, and more which results in a severe lack of structure, accountability, and balance. Micromanagement is extreme. Employees receive frequent daily phone calls (often 5+ per day, five days a week) demanding constant updates on location and tasks. There is no trust or autonomy, and professional boundaries are routinely ignored. Voicing concerns, offering feedback, or challenging decisions is not encouraged and is often met with behavior that feels retaliatory. When frustration becomes evident, the owner may temporarily ease up, but the pattern inevitably returns. This creates an unstable, tense, and unpredictable work environment. There is no independent HR support, as HR functions are controlled entirely by the owner. Leadership is driven by control and intimidation rather than collaboration, respect, or professionalism. Turnover is high for a reason. This is not a healthy workplace for professionals who value leadership, transparency, or work-life balance. Extreme caution is advised.
