It has been, and continues to be an honor to work for this company. From the President/CEO to the COO to the Program Managers to the Individual-Employees, everyone is here to assist in both your personal and professional growth; the company is truly an extended family. After serving in the military for close to 30x years, I could not have found a better place to start the next chapter than JRAD...it is truly a company who's culture focuses on taking care of their employees on all aspects of their personal and professional well-being.

To date, I have nothing negative to state. JRAD is a learning organization that continues to execute self-realization exercises to make the work-environment better.
