Awesome Company. Treats Employees Like Family.

Some of the people are nice, if you're a surveyor or landscape designer its pretty good.

I worked here fresh out of college as a entry level structural engineer. First off they hired 4 new structural engineers at the same time. A PE and 3 college grads to fill the structural engineering department. This should have been a major warning sign, but I was too naive. Immediately after I started working there we were getting badgered about going over budget. Non-stop, no rest, we were encouraged by the upper-level management to compromise work quality in order to get projects done faster (mid-level supervisors weren't this way just the upper levels). This on jobs that were under funded. Long story short, 6 months after we started they had laid all 4 of us new hires off. When we started work there they said, "We've never fired anyone before", they do this shady thing where they assure you work is coming and lay you off, then they wait for you to quit so they didn't "fire you". There was also very unprofessional conduct by some of the upper level management such as hitting on lower level employees. All-in-all a very unprofessional workplace, while I can't really knock the quality of work that the company puts out they don't treat their employees very well.
