Terrible management and lack of agency communication - Anonymous employee JSSA Employee Review

This was the worst work experience of my entire career. Very few actually know what they’re doing and their lack of understanding of current best practices definitely shows. There is also terrible communication across the agency and it’s super unorganized. Would not recommend this work environment.
