Jump was great to work for. They cared about your growth

No cons that I can think of.

For the first time I have been able to say that I actually "LOVE" my job instead of saying "eh its's a job". I have never been treated with so much respect or been given so must trust and responsibility to get my job done which in turn makes me want to do my job at the best of my ability. What sets JJUMPP apart is the core values and how everyone lives, breaths, and dreams about them. Something else that sets them a part is you aren't just a number, we are all like a family here. We have had to make some changes to my job because of my needs, and they care about me as a person so they are happy to do so. Best job I have ever had, I have learned and grown so much.

If you do not want to put some elbow grease into your job and make a difference in what you are doing, then this job is not for you. Everyone is in the grind, but we are in it together which makes it great. I have experienced no cons though.
