Pros
Great pay, great benefits. When the company is doing great, so are you. Easy job, great work life balance (except during the holidays). I had a really great manager. I only seen him once in the two years I worked with JW though.
Cons
The company doesn’t really care about their customers or Independent contractors which is why they’re losing business like crazy. I ended up being laid off because their main customer reduced their routes tremendously so they’re deciding to work remotely from Texas, their headquarters. Their vacation/PTO could be a little better. You get a week your first year, 2 your second. But your PTO and vacation are the same thing. So after you take a vacation, if you get sick, just hope your coworkers are cool with switching shifts. Never been a problem for me, but I can see it happening.
