Severe under-staffing/bad hires - Anonymous employee Jack Flash Employee Review

The amount of work expected due to having the minimum employees in the least amount of hours (just enough to keep under min wage) was too high. Having to manage so many tasks people did not complete them or did a poor job. I did my 110% there and had to finally quit for getting a work related injury that they wouldn't compensate for medical treatment. It was more than i was getting paid and I never got the pay raise promised after probationary period so I couldn't afford to keep working there.
