- TERRIBLE administration. There are so many incompetent individuals who only reached high positions based on favoritism. - They do not care to make processes more efficient. Working in chaos is job security for some. - No ethics. Data that is reported is wrong and misleading. There is no transparency. - Very unprofessional. Some administrators talk down to, micromanage, and harass employees. They also form cliques that create hostile working environments. - No work life balance. No job flexibility.
