Pros
Very friendly place. One huge campus where, if you're open, you have the opportunity to learn more than at any other institution. It's the third largest public institution in the US. If something is going to happen, it will happen here. World class care; world class experience.
Cons
When you work for a County hospital it's one big family…that all gives back 8% of their paycheck. Take that into account when you negotiate your salary.
