Benefits are great also perks to being a government employee and being able to care for my patients which was my biggest joy
Cons
Biggg staffing issues one tech to 30 patients is a common occurrence which is a big patient safety issue Jackson has so many falls that could be prevented if floors were staffed adequately Lack of management blatant Favoritism managers block you from getting a better job because they cannot and will not hire a new technicians you will get 50 interviews and never get the job
