It was so good for me, in the beginning, but after 3 years it became so miserable and depressing. Mostly, due to the people on charge. So much negative conflict among certain technicians. It literally became at work harassment like you are incapable of being trusted to do your work properly. The abundance of work is atrocious as well. No one believes you either, when you really have a real concern about your experiences in that pharmacy department and even higher into to hospital executives.
