Cons
-Very hard to have a work-life balance. Management and team will call and text you when you are on vacation or after hours. Every thing is needed "ASAP" -My department makes racist and sexist comments and gossips all the time (leadership included). Nothing is done to stop it. -There is favoritism in all departments. -Micromanagement. -Management that does not do anything. Other employees in the department get things done, but management takes credit. -HR and leadership will not listen to complaints or reports. They say they are here to "help" you, but nothing gets done or corrected.
