      flexible work hours (generally), good unlimited PTO that I take advantage of, coworkers are nice

      Cons

      limited growth opportunities, limited growth (I think a purposeful vague promotion structure), and civil engineering work can be boring, lots of colleagues are stuck in old ways of thinking
