      Flexible working hours. Sensible workload. Variety of projects. Easy going team. Loads of opportunities if you search for them.

      Cons

      Large spikes in workload. Advertised for having strengths in depth. But sometime overestimate their capabilities. And then workload becomes much greater than normal.
