Pros
The benefits that Jacobs offers to their employees is hard to beat. Also, their concern for the employee's safety is unmatched. I have always felt welcome at Jacobs and that is rare for a company as big as Jacobs.
Cons
Generally the work is contract based so it is not necessarily steady, that being said they make it very easy to transfer to another Jacobs location very easily.
