Pros

Work Schedule (4-9hr, 1-4hr work week). Ability to work from home via Citrix connection. Travel. Ability to travel to different offices/projects.

Cons

My office is lacking leadership and sales. We are lucky to be small enough that we can get work from other offices. Jacobs is a big company and change is often hard to achieve and the process is slow. Jacobs grows by purchasing other firms. This results in a lot of different groups doing things in different ways. Sometimes that can be good, but often interoffice work suffers because of the different "standards"

Pros

Decent culture, individual contributors are fine, management is lacking

Cons

The company operates like many smaller companies depending on which business market you are in so your experience will vary. For some, it's the best company, others will say it's the worst; it just depends on your region/group even at the local level. Water/wastewater is a good market in most offices, transportation is hit an miss depending on location.
