Pros
Well established company shaping the future. Accessible/interactive mid-level management. Good collaboration among teams. Especially with helping the new guys. Very understanding when family illness forced me to leave. They did everything they could to keep the door open in case I could return.
Cons
Salary for entry level was a little low. Having said that, there were a few people in my in-processing group that said they took the lower offer just to get on the Jacobs team. My immediate supervisor was not proactive about support at all, and due to the growing pains of taking on a new contract, I was a one-person team. The mid-level management was okay with me taking my complaints to them and helping me out while they figured out what to do with/about my supervisor. I did feel "out there by myself" often, but never frustrated to the point that my image/credibility with the customer suffered. Help was always there if I really couldn't figure it out.
