Pros
Good pay and benefits, flexible work schedule with half days on Fridays. Most people are nice. There is a lot of opportunity especially if you are willing to travel. Overall it's a good company to work for.
Cons
The job can be very stressful at times. There are so many deadlines to meet sometimes it's difficult to prioritze. It's so busy at times it's hard to take time off.
