Pros

good pay, easy work, not too stuffy of an environment to work in, friendly people, always hiring someone, mostly interns and low level employees. There used to be a training program for site acquisition however that has not been spoken of. Really if you dont have a law school degree you can only plan on being a coordinator

Cons

not too much in the way of advancement, there is no training program to get you on to the next level of your career, location is near the airport so traffic is horrible

Pros

Love the culture and the people.

Cons

The health insurance no longer covers GLP-1 or other weight-loss related medications (specifically excludes them), which I find appalling. They did cover it, but then removed coverage for all company plans. The benefits of weight-loss and obesity-related medical coverage are so high for employers and yet Jacobs decided not to care about their employees who need them.
