Bad health insurance Cigna has high deductibles and because they dictate to doctors what the can charge many doctors offices are not accepting them. Lived in several states over the past 4 years and no dentist take Cigna. Poor 401k contributions. Low and mid-level managers get no bonuses No upward mobility, felt pigeon holed in the position. No mentorship the belief was you needed to seek out a monitor and pursue them. Mentorship is about leaders taking individuals under their wing and growing them to take on new projects so each of them could move up...didn’t happen here. Everything has turned into diversity. If you weren’t a protective class you weren’t going anywhere. When issues arise upper management does nothing to change things for the better, it’s all about the bottom line.
