Pros
I think it is a huge advantage for employees to have a lot of opportunities at hand and I'm definitely grateful to the management for providing us with all the resources and training that we need be able to do a job well. The team is also very impressive in what they do and supportive of all of us. We have very comprehensive benefits and salary, with lots of flexibility that allow us to have a good balance between work and life.
Cons
If you were to ask me if I have experienced any disadvantage, there clearly is none. In my honest opinion, the management is doing a great job in helping everyone thrive.
