Pros
Pay was decent until they hired people in with 10% the experience who didn't want the job at $10k a year more.
Cons
Kept siding with the people paid more who didn't work and constantly didn't show when told they wanted a different job, insulted others and even threatened me unless I agreed with their politics while refusing to talk about anything else. Complained constantly and they refused to do anything until I started complaining to the government and they then got pissed at me for telling the government client I was looking at a different job because of it though they knew the entire time from day one the new hire being paid more was telling the government they were looking for a new job and only wanted to get their security clearance. Company claims to be about people and forces you to take classes on sensitivity but then ignore insults, racial insults, attacks and threats wanting to give the person another chance. I loved the workplace but their refusal to act against someone who felt free to insult, threaten and harass me because they were a minority was bad enough. If I had acted like they had I would have been fired in a week instead of HR defending it.
