Pros

Large company, lots of opportunities for "meaningful work" (i.e. billable work), so not a stress about not having work/job security. Good opportunities are very likely, but there can be gaps between them. Corporate will be corporate, but depending on your office, you can have a local leadership that is truly dedicated to their employees and striving for a work culture that makes you want to go to work. Other offices have less priority towards their employees, but never less than indifferent. Note: I have worked for extended periods in two separate offices, and have experience working remotely with several others. Office culture is a spectrum, and depends on which office. There is a significant dedication towards internal employee networks and enriching the employee experience. However, depending on the office, there can be significant support towards these endeavors, or next to nothing.

Cons

Corporate will be corporate. There are always positive group-speak promotions, but it does not often feel like it is from the hand of corporate that anything makes a difference (for anything more than neutral at least). It is dependent on the local leadership, and the economical success/not success they are experiencing, on how you you can rate your employee experience. A large number of employees are former CH2M-Hill employees, and can tend to keep their head low and just get their work in and leave. People vary, and some places you can find great comradery in your coworkers, while others you are simply in their presence due to the task/project/circumstances. I have not had any negative experiences with coworkers.

Pros

Love the culture and the people.

Cons

The health insurance no longer covers GLP-1 or other weight-loss related medications (specifically excludes them), which I find appalling. They did cover it, but then removed coverage for all company plans. The benefits of weight-loss and obesity-related medical coverage are so high for employers and yet Jacobs decided not to care about their employees who need them.
