Pros

- may allow full time remote work (with occasional travel to sites) depending on team - no shortage of work for the foreseeable future. - paid overtime (1.0 x) when/if desired - most benefits are around industry average (for U.S.)

Cons

- no bonuses or profit sharing (at least for lower level employees) - meager 401(k) match, which only applies to base salary. - "big ship" that is hard to move--lots of outdated technologies and processes that slow everything down and don't add anything to quality in the end.

Pros

Love the culture and the people.

Cons

The health insurance no longer covers GLP-1 or other weight-loss related medications (specifically excludes them), which I find appalling. They did cover it, but then removed coverage for all company plans. The benefits of weight-loss and obesity-related medical coverage are so high for employers and yet Jacobs decided not to care about their employees who need them.
