Pros
The schedule was great. A lot of latitude. I liked my co-workers. People put in a lot of effort to make the company successful.
Cons
The benefits are terrible. The company has no regard for people. We were bought by Jacobs. If my mother had died three months earlier I would have used bereavement leave to attend her funeral and attend to her estate. I had to use very limited PTO. This company is a glorified temporary staffing service. If you like the flexibility of temp work, it's great. If you have long-term financial commitments, you need a generous 401(k) to plan for retirement, you want medical benefits that are competitive with any industry other than fast food, or you want to feel valued by anyone other than your immediate peers or superiors you should run - very fast - in the opposite direction of this company.
