Pros

Average but decent salary, OT with no gate, more or less hands off as we worked closely with the client, NASA and other TOSC subcontractors. Reasonable benefits.

Cons

They folded their own agenda into the TOSC budget, having nothing to do with the client, NASA and the related contractors and subcontractors. If there had been a WBS accounting, their contract would have been terminated. The Jacobs management "club" were not in the slightest bit interested in preparations to launch SLS/Orion. I was forced to repeat the dumb course Beyond Zero twice within 2 weeks because they lost the records that I had taken it already. They placed a supervisor with no mgmt experience in charge of a group of engineers twice his age. Several, including myself, quit with no notice. Micro, micro management slowed everything down to a crawl.

Pros

Love the culture and the people.

Cons

The health insurance no longer covers GLP-1 or other weight-loss related medications (specifically excludes them), which I find appalling. They did cover it, but then removed coverage for all company plans. The benefits of weight-loss and obesity-related medical coverage are so high for employers and yet Jacobs decided not to care about their employees who need them.
