Pros
None to really mention about Hudson NH one
Cons
This company is so out of date with rest of the world. The one in Hudson, NH is pathetic. I wish I had given my feedback to the HR when I left. I always regretted not expressing my concerns and how I felt about the place to the HR and program manager when I left. Looking back after many years now , with more experience in life - I feel so glad I left the company. I’m in a better place now where people value, respect and recognize my work. Hudson NH office is full of white people (99%)and majority don’t smile ( at least they never smiled at me and my other coworker who felt the same way and left ) . They absolutely have no knowledge of people of color, their culture and background. I felt like a fish out of water working in this place. These people have no idea how people of color feel - they just don’t care. I was once sitting in the lab and my team lead walks in who wasn’t feeling great that day - as soon as I saw I smiled and asked how she/he is doing. Crickets. No response. The same person smirked at me in the meeting when I said I got a plant that is considered as good luck. Imagine working in a place people look at you like you’re an alien. Send bolded large text in the email for asking something that may have been a repetitive question for the sender but it was a genuine clarification from my end. Imagine going through all this in this time and age. I feel so infuriated for the way I felt working for this company - people made me feel horrible and incompetent. Even after all these years I can not forget the experience, that’s why I figured I leave a review in Glassdoor and let others know about this company before accepting any offer especially the one at Hudson. I really hope the higher ups bring some diversity and inclusion.
